By using the Global Inventory Marketplace app (“App”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
App Usage
Consumers, vendors, brokers, and shippers agree to use the app lawfully and not engage in prohibited activities such as fraud, harassment, or misrepresentation.
Users are responsible for all activities under their accounts.
Product Requests & Bidding
- Consumers submit product requests; vendors, brokers, and shippers submit bids.
- All transactions and bids are final once accepted by the consumer.
- Brokers can view product requests without pricing details.
Payment & Escrow
- Payments are securely processed through escrow accounts.
- Funds are released to vendors and shippers only after consumer confirmation of product receipt.
- Refunds or disputes follow the in-app dispute resolution process.
Content & Intellectual Property
- All content provided by the app is owned by the company.
- Users retain rights to their submitted content but grant the app permission to use it for transaction fulfillment.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The app is provided “as-is” without warranties.
- The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage.
Termination
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of major changes.
